Departed Yacht Haven Annapolis. Raised sail after passing through the mooring field. Crossed the Severn, tacked over, recrossed the Severn, and headed out into the bay. Pursued by the Woodwind which overtook us by the time we reached the Bay. Saw a 35 footer with genoa backed, appeared hove to. Passed within 50 yards to see if assistance was required. None required. Returned to dock at Yacht Haven Annapolis.
