Departed Yacht Haven Annapolis. Very gentle breezes in the harbor. Found "Wild Horses" anchored out in the Severn. "Wild Horses" is one of the two W-76 yachts detailed in A Unit of Water, a Unit of Time: Joel White's Last Boat. Turned downstream with a following light air. Before reaching Tolly Point , the wind had built to fresh breeze and was sneaking into strong breeze territory. Reefed. Tacked by upriver and returned to dock.
