Need to prevent water from entering the boat via the bridgedeck "beer hatch". Bought a roll of clear Con-Tact paper (18" x 20') at Target. Wiped down and mopped up any moisture in the rain gutter of the ber hatch. Placed a couple paper towels over the wooden hatch to prevent the contact paper adhesive from adhering to the wood and its finish. Cut a 17" long, full width (18") piece. Attached the piece to the boat starting on the vertical side of the bridgedeck next to the port lazarette, up over the beer hatch, and several inches onto the vertical face of the cabin. We'll see how well this works and how long this lasts.
