Sailed across the bay to Kent Island, to 14 foot depth, about 1000 yard south of the entrance to Matapeake. Passed north of Mineral Kyushu at 38.95533° / -76.3949° on the way out and south of her on the way back, all the while monitoring VHF channel 16 in case she had something to say. Upwind, mainly, on the out. Upwind changing to a beam reach on the way back. Hit 7 knots on the way out...GPS reported speed steady in the upper 6 knot range. Somewhat less on the way back. Winds also somewhat less.
