Used John Donegan's ATN Top Climber to climb the main halyard. Secured the main halyard to the jib halyard cleat on the port side of the mast and the Lewmar 16ST winch on the starboard cabin top. Threaded the two ascenders onto the main halyard between the masthead and the turning block at the base of the mast starboard side. Connected a log coil of household triple lead to the wires exiting the mast so that I could test connectivity at the steaming light. The steaming light is a Forespar ML-2 Combination Deck / Steaming Light . The top bulb is labeled "ORBITEC 12V 15W EL10". The bulb is a festoon with pointed ends. The glass is wider than the pointed end festoon in the stern light.

The steaming light is held in place by a socket/ring which is the lower terminal and a "cage" that holds the upper end of the bulb. To access the bulb, turn the lens and its cap about 60 degress counter clockwise. Removed the bulb and measured resistance between the two steaming light terminals and the triple lead wire connected to the three wires (black, blue, white) exiting the mast. Afterwards resintalled the bulb and the cover. Connectivity at the steaming light is as follows:

At the top of the mast, the anchor light has two small gauge wires connected that are in a single medium grey duplex sheath.

Installed the missing stripper ring on the port side cabintop 16ST winch
