- Vacuumed out the v-berth.
- Washed out the v-berth, overhead, shelves, hull sides, flats, all faces of the cutout and floor.
- Found that the starboard upper chainplate leaks, at least there was water on the shelf in the hanging locker, and on the floor of the hanging locker.
- Single additional cleat 18" x XX x 1/2" required for plywood will be required to close the hole above the holding tank.
- Measured that a 19" x 23-1/2" x 1/2" piece of plywood will be required to close the hole above the holding tank.
- Measured companionway tracks: 1" x 51" x 1/8", slides: 3/4" x 2-5/32" x 1/8"
- Measured companionway slide 27-1/4" to 27-3/8" fore and aft
- Measured freshwater tank: 14" wide forward, 3-1/2" deep forward, 45" wide aft", 15-1/2" deep aft, 37" fore and aft"
- Measured backing plates for chainplates:
- Forward lowers: 6"
- Uppers: 8"
- Aft lowers: 7"
- Backstay: 5-1/2"
- Measured chainplate pins: uppers and backstay are 1-1/4" x 1/2" diameter, lowers are 15/16" x 3/8" diameter
- Measured deck penetrations relative to mast bolt and beam: Windspeed 1/2" from center to forward face of beam and 2-1/2" to mast bolt, anchor & steaming 7/8" to forward face of beam and 3" to bolt center. Mast is 6" fore and aft with bolt 3" from fore and aft faces. Note: the penetrations are on either side of the mast step and aft the forward edge of the step.
- Concluded that the center of the mast is 2" to 2-1/8" abaft the forward face of the mast beam.
