- Squared off the inboard forward and outboard forward corners of the hole cut into the port side of the v-berth using my father's sabre saw.
- Trimmed a panel of 1/2" plywood to match the hole cut into the port side of the v-berth using my father's circular saw.
- Removed the alternator from the engine to give to Pasco for evaluation.
- Note:
- The single heavier gauge wire with a ring terminal connects to the insulated terminal labeled "BAT"
- The combination of heavier gauge wire and lighter gauge wire on the same ring terminal connect to the unlabeled insulated terminal further from the terminal labeled "BAT"
- Nuts and washers for the connections remain attached to the alternator.
- Saddle pivot bolt reinserted in saddle.
- Position locking bolt placed in Snapware container holding flashlights.
