Sailed around with Avi for the morning. Easy quiet sailing with little wind; just pleasant sailing.

Pulled into the wrong slip, A-6, at Yacht Haven Annapolis. It was a beautiful entry. Realized the issue about halfway into the slip. Reversed out of the slip while turning the bow to starboard and the stern to port to align the boat parallel to the side of the Chart House. Moved a bit forward and entered my own slip, A-5, quite smoothly. While doing this a gentleman in an inflatable dinghy decided to "scoot past" the bow on his way out to the river. He backed off when his horizon was all of a Dove Grey bow. He said that "thought you were parallel parking between those two boats beside the Chart House". Well, I can imagine that, though I dont believe I have ever heard of anyone parallel parking a boat like a car ;)
