Breezy enough that I chose to sail under genoa alone out to Y"A" and back past Horn Point. Woodwind sailing under main and jib only. By that time the wind had fallen from high force 4 to high force 3. Raised the main and headed back out to Y"A". On the way back out, nearly collided with R"6". Past the buoy with inches to spare. No touching, just quite pucker factor close. On the return leg, the wind continued to drop and left us nearly becalmed by the time we reached Horn Point again.

On the way back to the dock, under engine, past a 420 from SSA that was hardly moving. Offered them a tow to SSA. While towing at 2,000RPM, the ending died. Restarted. The engine would not maintain more than about 1,400RPM. After completing the two to SSA, tried the engine again. Was working fine at 2,000, then quit. Restarted. Again would hold 1,400 without issue. Guessing that the fuel filter is fairly clogged.
