Addressed several small maintenance items
- Mounted telltale compass on port bulkhead in salon.
- Checked compass against Commander Compass iPhone app. Good to within five degrees. No gross error.
- Re-routed engine wiring harness from opening located at the bottom of the starboard cockpit locker, halfway aft, to one located sigificantly higher and farther forward. Much less likely for the wires to be damaged by gear in the locker due to the new location.
- High Temperature idiot light now works when using the "Test" switch on the engine control panel. Appears that the high temp sensor is normally-open, the reverse of the charging and oil pressure sensors which are normally-closed and open when sufficient voltage or oil pressure are present.
- Checked the "grain of wheat" light for the techometer. Light works when connected directly to the battery. Need to check the light at night to make sure it works.
- Found spot to mount a Blue Sea Systems
SI-ACR
on the aft surface of the plywood divider between the forward and aft battery compartments.
