Started with a reef in based upon VHF weather reporting. Sailed for a short period of time in the Severn River near the Naval Academy and shook out the reef quickly.

Headed downwind, wing and wing, to R "4". Sailed back upwind over the course of four legs to the small boat anchorage next to David Taylor. Headed downwind, again wing and wing to Y "A". Reversed course to parallel a group of Navy 26's (which may be identical to the Colgate 26). Completed the tack a bit ahead of the first two of more than a dozen. From Y "A" to G "13", both Constance and the Navy 26's tacked twice. The Navy 26's tacked markedly earlier. Arrived at G "13" after the first two Navy 26's, but ahead of the rest.

Upon restarting the engine and heading back to dock, the engine was having issues maintaining more than 2000rpm again. Seems that the fuel in the tank might be quite contaminated. Its been only 3.5 engine hours since I replace the Racor 110A fuel filter element.

Track started upon shuttig down the engine and ended when starting the engine. GPX formatted Track distance: 5.08nm, average speed: 4.1kts, duration: 1:14
