Engine misbehaving. Cannot run it at more than about 2,200rpm no matter how far I move the throttle. Checked air filter, no problem. Verified by running the engine without the air filter for a few minutes. Guessing it must be a flow constriction in the fuel system. Replaced R11T filter in the Racor 110A. No change. Possible fouled prop?

Blue Angels practice today. Severn River full of anchored boats. Motored out past Horn Point to clear the anchored boats.

Touched ground near G "3" in the entrance to Back Creek while involved in furling the main after having furled the genoa. Rolled out the genoa to turn the boat through about 120 degrees and got off cleanly. Depth sounder went from 5.4 feet to 3.1 feet after having touched ground.
