- Drilled top of masthead for replacement 400010-1 LED fixed mount all around light
from Sea-Dog
-
- Test fit replacement main halyard sheave from Zephyrwerks
. Cannot fit the compression tube with the sheave and aluminum plates in place. The holes in the mast as misaligned by the thickness of the compression tube, about 1/16". Either have to enlarge one of the holes fore and aft, widen the slot at the front of the mast, grind down the aluminum plates, replace the aluminum plates, or grind down the sheave.
- Length and diameter of compression tube is good. Slides through the mast holes easily. Overall length is about 1/16" longer than the mast is wide outside edge to outside edge.
- The replacement compression tube fits in the holes when using the old Tufnol sheave and the aluminum plates demonstrating that the replacement sheave is slightly thicker than the original. Its the boss around the hub and the hub itself.
