Interrupt genoa, Interrupt mainsail.

Main halyard becomes quite stiff when the mainsail is nearly all the way up. Issue at the topmost track joint? Stiff on the way down as well. All the way down. Interference from the main topping lift?

Fast beam reach out to Thomas Point lighthouse. Apparent wind of 13 to 15 knots at 120*, hitting 6.5knots with boat heeled 15* or less. Tremendous romp!

Wind rose on the way back. Ended up slacking the genoa sheets a bit to release a bit of the power out of the sail. Hitting as much as 5.7 knots with the apparent wind of up to 16 knots at 60*.

Troubles with the roller furler at the end of the sail. Would not roll up despite pulling a bit harder than I would like. Dropped and furler the main. Set the genoa loosely sheeted to provide a minimum of drive while sorting out the issue. Freed the furling line, brought it forward, and the furler would turn from there. Re-led the furling line, furled and returned to dock.
