Due to an end cap on the traveler car breaking after a heavy gybe during the 2020 NASS Race to the Lighthouses
, had to rebuild the traveler.
In the first image below, the right side curved retainer for the traveler Torlon bearing balls of the upper end cap is broken. The loss of this little bit of plastic allowed the Torlon balls to run out of the car.
The rebuild kit contains 60 balls, 30 for each side of the car.
