Started the day with the possibility of little or no crew due to Meredith being sick after Annapolis-Newport (taking out Christian as well?) and Terry Forbes, suggested by TC, commenting that others were asking her to sail with them. Ended up with seven aboard: Madeline Mulligan, her friend Jaimie Martin and her grandfather Tony, Christian Douglas, Terry Forbes, Tom Pohida, friend of Mike Meinhold.

About 20 minutes before the start due to the light winds, Jaimie Martin, Tony, Terry, and Tom, transferred to a power boat driven by Jaimie's parents.

Saw an Etchells using canoe paddles to approach the line due to the light winds being insufficient.

About 10 minutes before the start, AYC RC called the race due to lack of wind.
