Sails: Interrupt 170LP genoa, and main.

Very comfortable fast sail from Annapolis to offshore of Normans on Kent Island. Turned away from shore in ten feet of water upon spotting items, perhaps waterlogged wood, floating on the surface ahead. Winds from the northeast, ranging all across the force 4 band. Boat felt well balanced. On the way back the apparent wind dropped to as low as 6kts both in the shipping channel and to the east thereof. Felt the start of the "Annapolis Bounce" while well away from Annapolis and north of the freighters anchored in the bay. The "Bounce" increased as we approached Y"A" and remained for the rest of the sail.
