Headed out under 135LP alone to allow folks to get a bit of a feel for sailing. Offered that we could raise the main or not. Crew decided that 135LP alone was sufficient sail.

Sailed out past Y "A" till we reached an area of clear air blowing down the Bay undistrubed by surrounding land. Turned back up river at my wife's request. Sailed upriver to a bit short of the Naval Academy bridge. Returned to the slip in about the allotted 90 minute window. Acheived the objective of providing a pleasant sailing experience without any drama.
