Removed broken winch from the mast.
Installed donut zinc on the prop shaft.
Fiberglassed front edge of keel where there was a mismatch of the two keel halves.
Drilled into the fiberglass covering the rudder straps. About 3/8" over the straps, far less over the fasteners. Need to look deeper.
Sanded the bottom of the keel. Found that the epoxy coating ends at the bottom of the side of the keel and does not cover the bottom of the keel. The same mismatch of the two hull halves is present along the bottom of the keel as well.
Longboarded the bow, both sides, back to the forefoot. Took about 50 minutes per side. Condition of the hull is much better than I feared. Appears that a light skim coat will address many of the imperfections.
