- Lashed to D-rings to the center of the spinnaker pole on opposite sides. One for the topping lift and one for the downhaul. If these work out well, will cut the wire bridles off the pole.
- Removed a plastic flat winch handle holder from the port side of the mast at the bottom. Each of the three screws broke off. One broke with about 1/4" of screw protruding. Cut that down with the multitool.
- Removed what was possible of the broken small cleat near the base of the mast, starboard side. Cut down the remainder of the screws and filed the remainder of the body to more rounded, smoother shape.
