Beautiful day for a sail. When headed downriver before reaching G"5", noticed a vessel with yards crossed out towards the middle of the Bay. Sailed out to meet the vessel on her weather side. Ended up being the Maryland Dove which was commissioned 27 August 2022. Sailed in company to leeward. Looped around. Pulled far ahead, perhaps half a mile. Looped around and "escorted" her into Spa Creek.
