Good breeze in the Magothy. Rolling down the river. Upon reaching the area south of Sillery Bay, decided to reef the main due to 17kt winds.

Fast trip from the Magothy to the Bay Bridge. Wind seemed to lessen after the bridge. Most likely the change was due to changing course from reaching to running. Either way became impatient with the resulting boat speed, less than 6kts, and shook out the reef.

Sailed on to R"8". Dropped and furled sailing. Motored to the slip.
