Sails: Pandora mainsail and new 169LP genoa and EP Sails spinnaker.
Event: 2022 Annapolis Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta
Course: 045*, 0.5nm, two laps, gate the the leeward end, windward and offset mark.

Two races. Finished last, fifth out of five boats, each time.

Poor starts both races. Never in contention despite the boat moving well at times. Seems that the bottom job helped.

A number of errors including: releasing the genoa halyard while close hauled, trapping a spinnaker sheet under the hull, wrapping genoa sheets around the spinnaker pole, collapsing the spinnaker during each gybe, too little outhaul in the second race preventing the boat from pointing.

At the end of the first(?) race, the Alberg caught up to the Etchells fleet resulting in perhaps a dozen boats trying at once or in tight succession overlapped. See video of finish.

Towed Latika from the course back to the Naval Academy bridge due to Latika having engine problems. Able to two at 4.5+kts.

Broke the Harken micro(?)-block attached to the same point as the port side spinnaker turning block at the end of the roller furling line. Replaced with a Selden 60 mm plain bearing block

GPX formatted track . Estimate distance: 3.05nm, estimated average speed: 3.2kts, estimated duration: 0:57
