Sails: Pandora mainsail, 135 genoa.

Added Biobor JF Diesel and Star Tron SEF Diesel to the tank prior to adding 5.3 gallons of diesel.

Upon leaving the fuel dock, escaping the anchorage, and raising sail, found the Woodwind doing the same...attempted to chase. Saw the Pride of Baltimore headed down the Bay under motor...no sails at all. The Woodwind's waterline and sail area determined the result as the Woodwind pulled ahead steadily.

Next set my sights on a Beneteau Oceanis 411 leaving Back Creek. The boat was located ahead and to leeward with one reef in the main. Chased from somewhat upstream of R"4" to well past Y"A". Once withing one or two boatlengths, turned back to head upstream and intercept the Pride of Baltimore. Pride had turned to enter Annapolis. Chased. Finally caught up when the Pride eased off the throttle in the Severn near Triton Point to raise flags and prepare the vessel for arrival in Annapolis.

Headed back down the river for more sailing and spotted the Woodwind returning. Chased again. Same result.
