Wanted to get in a sail before the remnants of a tropical depression dumped two days of rain on Washington and Annapolis.
Good sail out past R"4", Y"A" and Y"AN" chasing an unidentified more modern design, larger boat which slowly pulled away.
Light drizzle on and off with real rain forecast for later in the afternoon. Decided to turn 'round and stay a bit closer to dock. Weather began to deteriorate and called it a day.
