• Disconnect anenometer cable and thread through cockpit lockers, cabin, head, v-berth, and out of the boat. Coil and tie to mast. -- Done 2020-02-28
• Disconnect VHF cable and thread through cabin, head, v-berth, and out of the boat. Coil at bottom of mast. Coil and tie to mast. -- Done 2020-02-28
• Disconnect anchor and steaming lights electrical wiring. -- Done 2020-02-28
• Use electrical tape to mark marine studs on shrouds and backstay. -- Done 2020-02-28
• Untie halyard leader from boom, pulpit, etc. Coil and tie to mast. -- Done 2020-03-02
• Remove boom. -- Done 2020-03-02
• Label shrouds and backstay. -- Done 2020-03-02
• Move boat to the site of A-frame. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Loosen shrouds and backstay. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Unbolt mast base from deck. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Disconnect shrouds and backstay. Loop upward and secure to mast. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Disconnect headstay. Walk it aft, outside spreaders and A-frame, as the mast is lowered. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Lift mast very slightly. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Lower mast to rest on bow and stern pulpits as well as cushion on deck. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Remove shrouds and backstay, replacing clevis pins in marine eyes as we go. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Lift mast off boat and place on supports on land. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Return boat to slip. -- Done 2020-03-04
• Measure length and diameter of shrouds and backstay. -- Done 2020-03-08
• Remove mast base and have replacement fabricated. -- Done 2020-04-06 provided broken mast base to Eastport Spar & Rigging as model for replacement $600.
• Evaluate condition of lower shroud triangles and through-mast connecting pin. -- Acceptable
• Order replacement shrouds and backstay with swage marine eyes at top end. Order new clevis pins and cotter pins. -- Done
• Examine condition of gooseneck. Consider replacing gooseneck bolts with clevis pins. -- Acceptable
• Install replacement Windex 15 . -- Done 2020-05-07
• Install and connect using AWG16 LED Windex Light illumination bulb. -- Done 2020-05-07
• Install and connect using RG-8X , the Metz Communications Manta 6 VHF antenna -- Done 2020-05-07
• Remove chainplates.
• Enlarge chainplate bolt holes.
• Fill holes with thickened epoxy.
• Drill new holes for chainplates into the epoxy.
• Reinstall chainplates.
• Replace spacer under the gooseneck and spinnaker pole tracks with Derlin. -- Not needed done by a previous owner.
• Switch starboard and port spreaders. -- Done
• Examine speader sockets. -- Acceptable
• Examine connection for genoa halyard. (possible metal on metal wear) -- Done some wear, not significant.
• Remove headstay from foil. -- Done 2020-03-11
• Measure length and diameter of headstay (1/4"? 6mm?). Current headstay has two extra toggles and one pair of six inch extender plates. 60mm of adjustment via integral rigging screw.
• Order replacement headstay with swage marine eye at top end. Order new clevis pins and cotter pins. -- Done
• Remove topmost foil section and replace with full length (2.4m) section. -- Done 2020-05-15
• Calculate length for lowest foil section. -- Done 2020-05-15

Ancor primary cable: 12AWG 31lbs/1000' (triplex: 125lbs), 16AWG 16lbs/1000' (51lbs), 18AWG 12lbs/1000' (49lbs).
