• Companionway slider: Awlwood: initial application April 2019. FAILED along the seams resulting in the finishing lifting off.

• Fuel fill pad: Awlwood: initial application April 2019.
• Handrails:
• Lazarette hatch: Awlwood: initial application June 2019. FAILED along the seams resulting in the finishing lifting off.
• Spinnaker block pads: Awlwood: initial application April 2019.
• Tiller: Replaced with new RudderCraft Model G . Varnished eight coats of Epiphanes High Gloss Clear Varnish beginning on 2023-03-28.
• Toe rails:

• V-berth Hatch sides: Awlwood: initial application April 2019. FAILED along the seams but without the finishing lifting off completely, rather it hangs in place.
• Washboard (lower): Awlwood: initial application April 2019. FAILED along the seams but without the finishing lifting off completely, rather it hangs in place.
• Washboard (upper): Cetol July 2016.

Cabin

• Bilge Pumps
  • 2017-11-07: Installed Rule LoPro900S to replaced failed Rule 25S .
  • 2016-09-01: Replaced Rule 25S with another.
• Main Cabin
  • Installed Marinco 4" AFI Day/Night Plus Vent Stainless - N20704S into deck opening previously used for Newport Solid Fuel Heater chimney. Lasted two years before failing.
• V-Berth
  • Painted berths, walls, shelves, and overhead.
  • Installed cedar ceiling on sides above berths, below shelves, after removing pegboard.

Electrical

• 2020-06-17 Replaced house battery (#2, aft) with a Precision DC31-HD group size 31 from Pasco Battery Warehouse .
• 2020-06-05 Replaced all wiring from panel to the two terminal blocks (12V and Gnd) in the head.
• 2020 Winter Replaced all electrical wiring and VHF cable in mast, but for the instrument wires to the Raymarine.
• 2019-04-05 Replaced starting battery (#1, forward) with a Precision DC31-HD group size 31 from Pasco Battery Warehouse .
• 2017-10-30 Installed SI-ACR between the batteries.
• 2017-04-04 Alternator rebuilt by Pasco Battery Warehouse and connected to start battery (#1, forward) via MRBF-1 Terminal Fuse Block .
• 2017-03-02 Installed MRBF-1 Terminal Fuse Block on both batteries.

Engine

• Replaced raw water intake hoses 2016-03-22.
• Replaced raw water strainer 2016-03-17.

Hanging Locker

Head

• Replaced joker valve and valve at base of pump assembly 2019-05-02.
• Replaced floor 2019-05-02.

• Winch Pedestals: fabricated forward and installed: June/July 2019

• 2017-01-09 Had Navigator Bulkhead Mount compass rebuilt at J. Gordon & Company at a cost of $182.66

Rigging

• Mast
  • New mast base CNC machined from a solid block of T-6061(?) aluminum by Eastport Spar & Rigging .
• Standing Rigging
  • Main halyard sheave replaced with Zephyrwerks acetal sheave, compression tube, and bolt. (see Standing Rigging
  • Replaced all standing rigging with 1x19 stainless steel from SailingServices . (2020-04-26)
• Running Rigging
  • Replaced mixed Harken and Seaway mainsheet blocks with Garhauer 40-08 UAB fiddle block with cam cleat, snap shackle, and becket for the bottom and Garhauer 40-02 UAB fiddle block with shackle and becket purchased at "Anchor and Oars" in Graysonville MD for $105.00, 2019-09-05.
  • Replaced bearings in traveler cam cleats 2019-05-27
  • Replaced original genoa track blocks with two Garhauer 40-40 US track car single block .
  • Replaced original LP170 genoa sheet with 66' of 3/8" grey Yale Cordage 3/8" ULS , 2019-02-20.
  • Replaced original LP150 genoa sheet with 66' of 3/8" grey Yale Cordage 3/8" ULS , 2018-02-13.
  • 135LP genoa sheet with 76' of 3/8" grey Yale Cordage 3/8" ULS , 2019-02-20.
  • Installed 3/8" green New England Ropes Sta-Set as first reefing line using a soft shackle and Antal 14mm Low Friction Ring .
  • Installed 5/16" red New England Ropes Sta-Set as first reefing line using a soft shackle and Antal 14mm Low Friction Ring .

• 135LP genoa from Bacons on 2019-01-31.
• 170LP genoa obtained from Interrupt #367 2018-07-30.
• Cruising Spinnaker obtained from Interrupt #367 2018-07-30.
• Racing Spinnaker made from Bainbridge AIRX 600N from Elliott/Pattison Sailmakers . The same maker that Pat Seidel used for Main, Genoa, and Spinnaker for Prudence #62 for the 2019 Racing Season (see Osius Race write-up. Ordered 2019-11-25.
